When and how you can request a refund for our services. Fair and transparent.
Software work is creative and time-consuming. We invest serious hours into discovery, design, and engineering long before final delivery. This policy aims to be fair to both parties: you should never feel trapped, and we should be paid for work genuinely performed.
If you cancel within 7 days of paying the deposit and before we have started discovery, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
If you cancel during the discovery phase (first 14 days, before design begins), we refund your deposit minus a flat 20% discovery fee covering the time invested in research, scoping, and documentation. You retain the discovery deliverables.
Once design or build has started, deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable for work already completed. You receive everything we have built up to the cancellation point: source code, designs, documentation. Any unstarted milestones are refunded.
If you paid a $5,000 deposit on a $10,000 project, cancelled after design completion (50% of work), and the next milestone of $2,500 was unstarted: we refund $0 of the deposit (it covered the design we delivered), nothing is due for the unstarted next milestone, and you keep all delivered files.
For any subscription product (current or future) you may cancel at any time. The current billing period is not refunded. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies, not ours. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, contact the relevant store:

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and decide within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Bank transfers may take longer to clear depending on your bank.
Please contact us first. We respond fast and have refunded honestly when work didn't ship as promised. Initiating a chargeback before reaching out makes things harder for both sides; in some cases we may suspend services until the dispute is resolved.
If a project cannot proceed because of force majeure (natural disaster, war, prolonged outage), we will pause work and resume when possible. If resumption becomes impossible, we refund the unworked portion proportionally.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under your local consumer-protection laws (including the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal for certain digital services, where applicable).
